Alex Fomcenco

Dr. Alex FOMCENCO is a licensed lawyer with the Law Society of Ontario.

He holds a Ph.D. in international business and corporate law from Aalborg University, Denmark, an LL.M. in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, as well as an LL.M. and an LL.B. from University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

He practiced as an in-house Legal Counsel for a few years while still working on his first LL.M. He then joined academia in 2012 and researched, taught, and published internationally on matters of general Corporate Law, EU law, Contract Law, North American Business and Corporate Law, and Transnational Mergers and Acquisitions for almost 8 years.
